Over the past 25 years, developers have swarmed Hillsborough county with their endless money and are now on a fast track to develop almost every inch our our county by 2050, rezoning much of our rural lands in to residential and commercial development with the support of our current and past Hillsborough County Commissioners. SHAME ON YOU ALL!
MORATORIUM ON NEW DEVELOPMENT IN RURAL AREAS
If we don't all work together and stop this abuse of authority, we will no longer have a Hillsborough County rural "country" to enjoy. It will be over developed leaving our children's future to be that of a asphalt concrete jungle like all the failed big cities in our country

WE WILL PUSH FOR A MORATORIUM OF ALL FUTURE RE-DESIGNATION OF OUR RURAL LANDS TO PROTECT THEM FROM THE GREEDY LAND GRABBERS AND DEVELOPERS! No more rezoning of Agricultural Districts AS, AR, and AM (Agricultural Districts): They are designed to preserve rural character and support agricultural uses like farming and equestrian activities. They often permit lower-density residential development. We must preserve our rural lands before they are all gone!
CURRENT lOCAL ISSUES: WERE WE STAND...
County Infrastructure improvements. We will make it a priority to fix all the roads in our District. We can do this by cleaning up the fraud, waste and abuse that has plagued Hillsborough County for decades. We will stop all DEI initiatives and remove all wasteful initiatives and programs re-investing the funds to fixing our infrastructure.
We will also work to plan and prepare for future growth
We will ensure our public schools are operating a peak performance and remove ALL DEI from the curriculum and remove all "non performing" educators and incentivizing those who stand above their peers with quarterly bonuses. We want to be assisting in a strong education for our students to create our future leaders who empower.
Stop crime & revive a demoralized Sheriff's department. We will work to remove current Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister and hire a lawman who will have a backbone and do whats right! No more FBI coverups, DEI hires or drunk officers on duty. That is a leadership problem and we will correct that ASAP! We will ensure our HCSO deputies and employees are trained to the highest standards and
